Job Description:
- Understands the "solution sales" approach that aims at adding value to both the client, the organization
- Possess proven track record in meeting business targets defined by the organization and enthusiastic to work for more
- Carry a passion for "web", believing in its strength and propagate the same to the prospective clients.
- Must act as a consultant in understanding their business needs and suggest the best solution feasible with the organization's focus areas
- Responsible for driving the entire sales cycle right from generating the leads to converting as deals. Will plan latest and innovative means to generate customers using the evolving social media
- Shorten the sales cycle by promptly addressing the customers with help of technical and management teams
- Work in line with the organization's short and long-term business strategies
- Planning one's own time, working on systematic approach, documenting and follow expected reporting mechanisms
- Should be self-starter, volunteer in learning newer technologies, trends and drive the learning ecosystem
- Must believe in creating long term partners, not one time clients
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills. Should also carry good body language
Candidate Profile:
- Ideally carry 1-2 years of experience in IT Services - Software Industry especially in promoting web based solutions to wide range of industries
- A post-graduate essentially on the management/information science (MBA - Marketing/Sales/Systems)
- Believes in creating a long-term association with the employer
- Presentable, social, willing to drive the team work
- Aggressive in reaching the planned growth
- Friendly, but should raise objection when required to keep the company's vision in track
