Position and Responsibilities:
- Hands-on coding will be an integral part of the daily responsibilities.
- Working closely with Business Analyst and clients to ensure that the system evolves to meet emerging business requirements.
- Using your communication skills to ensure that everyone in the team understands where the solution is heading and the road-map to get there.
Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in one or more stacks of technology like Joomla / Ruby/ PHP.
- Relevant experience in working on projects which involve Enterprise Level Web-based application development.
- Awareness of the latest developments & trends in technology, and utilizing them appropriately while taking technology decisions.
- Strong coding capabilities and the ability to mentor fellow team members on coding and design related issues.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conceptualize solutions.
- Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
